The PFC Trust 5K Change Maker Challenge is a new and innovative grant opportunity launching in March, designed to support community groups, charities, CIC's and sports clubs making a positive difference across our region.​

This fund gives local organisations the chance to showcase their work in a creative and engaging way, by submitting a short 60-second video application explaining the impact they could achieve with grant funding.​Following an initial assessment, three shortlisted projects will be selected as finalists.

Their video submissions will be showcased live at our prestigious Green & Blue Ball, where guests will celebrate the incredible work being done within our communities. On the night, the funding awards will be announced:🏆 One winner will receive a £5,000 grant🥈🥉 Two runners-up will each receive £1,000.

​The Fund aims to highlight inspiring local projects, encourage innovation, and provide vital financial support to initiatives that improve lives, strengthen communities, and create lasting positive change.​Applications will open in 2nd March and will close 23rd march.
