The PFC Trust’s first patrons event welcomed old and new friends.

The PFC Trust has held its inaugural Patron Event to highlight the positive impact collaboration can have on the community.

The Hartlepool-based charity offered an afternoon of archery, delicious street food, and refreshing drinks at a manor house.

Guests from the local and regional business community enjoyed the opportunity to network while learning about the charity's impactful work in the region.

Shaun Hope, chairman of the PFC Trust, said: “Every bit of support, whether through volunteering your time or donating financially, makes a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.

“We are deeply grateful for the generosity and dedication of our patrons and we would love to work closely with more, allowing us to help people, organisations and groups to make a lasting difference."

The Patrons Event aimed to strengthen connections and raise awareness of the PFC Trust's activities.

Attendees were also treated to a Q&A with charity founder Frances Connolly, highlighting the charity's wide-range of programmes.

The PFC Trust has future events planned to strengthen its impact on the community including an Ice Bucket Challenge on September 1 to launch a month of fundraising for their own Uchangelives campaign.
